The staff and patients at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit of Princess Royal Hospital have long been dedicated to supporting the Sussex Heart Charity through various fundraising efforts. Their most recent initiative was a T-shirt competition, showcasing the creativity and gratitude of the participants.
Clive, one of the patients, earned first place with a T-shirt he designed himself. His shirt features a broken heart on the front and a repaired heart on the back, accompanied by a heartfelt message of thanks to the cardiac staff. This design reflects Clive’s deep appreciation for the care and support he has received from the cardiac teams, which have significantly contributed to his recovery and improved his quality of life.
The T-shirt competition and other fundraising events organized by the cardiac rehabilitation team raised an impressive £178.00 for the Sussex Heart Charity. All proceeds from these activities go directly to supporting the charity’s vital work.
