We are proud to announce the launch of ‘Rescue Ready’, a new project funded by the Sussex Heart Charity, delivered in partnership with award-winning Pulse South Coast. It supplies free CPR and AED familiarisation sessions to community groups across the whole of Sussex. Every second counts in a cardiac emergency, and the aim of the project is to empower local communities and train people with essential lifesaving skills, so that everyone will have the confidence and knowledge to be ‘rescue ready’.
WHAT IS RESCUE READY?

WHY IS FIRST AID IMPORTANT / USEFUL?
