A big thank you to the Cardiac Rehab teams and patients at the Royal Sussex and Princess Royal hospitals, who held Christmas fundraisers this week in support of the SHC.
At RSCH everyone was decked out in Santa hats and Christmas tops for their exercise classes. Everyone enjoyed exercising to some Christmas tunes and there were festive treats and mince pies for everyone to enjoy after the classes.
Patients also had the chance to enter a raffle – prizes on offer included mulled wine, prosecco, a Christmas candle, shortbread and yummy chocolates. Congratulations to all the winners!
The team at PRH also held a Christmas fundraiser, the photos looked wonderfully festive with some excellent Christmas jumpers on display. We hope everyone had a lovely time.
