Iyla Ahmed, just 5 years old, took part in the annual festival of cycling held in London and cycled 16 miles to raise funds for the Sussex Heart Charity.
Iyla’s fantastic and very impressive cycle ride (remember, Iyla is just 5 years old and cycled 16 miles!) raised an amazing £912.50 for the Sussex Heart Charity.
The Sussex Heart Charity is an independent local charity that supports cardiac care in Sussex. Through fundraising such as Iyla’s we are able to make an enormous impact on the service offered to heart patients at the Sussex Cardiac Centre and also in the community through providing automated defibrillators and resuscitation training.
Iyla’s father said that it was a fantastic opportunity to raise funds for The Sussex Heart Charity and to experience London on traffic free roads.
