Your Heart, Our Mission
For over three decades, we have been dedicated to providing unwavering support to heart patients throughout Sussex. Since our establishment in 1987, our core mission has been to bring about positive changes in all aspects of cardiac care. We are passionate about creating patient-friendly information that empowers individuals and setting new care standards to elevate the quality of healthcare provided. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have been able to acquire state-of-the-art medical equipment and lead impactful community-driven projects. We are dedicated to improving the lives of people with heart conditions in Sussex.
