Basic Emergency Life Support Training
The Sussex Heart Charity leads the way in the field of community resuscitation.
It is vital that all members of the community learn Basic Life Support skills. It may be that, one day, the only thing that stands between the life and death of a colleague, friend or family member are the skills acquired during a community resuscitation course.
This course can be adapted to suit a variety of audiences, from the complete novice to those who are skilled but feel their resuscitation skills need updating. Audiences range from parents, school staff and other first aiders through to dentists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Basic Life Support training is usually 2 hours and includes theory and plenty of practice
